Connected commerce
Inventory, products and orders kept in sync across Shopify and Amazon.
Connect Commerce. Simplify Everything.
IPEX Connect connects a merchant's storefront, marketplaces and production partners through one integration layer. Inventory, products and orders move between Shopify, Amazon and made-to-order producers without re-keying. On top sits a complete custom-apparel workflow: teams design their kit on a live 3D model, players order and pay for their own sizes, names and numbers, and every order routes to production automatically.
Live in production, running a real merchant's business end to end.
Inventory, products and orders kept in sync across Shopify and Amazon.
Custom products designed on a live 3D model, with an AI design assistant.
Every player orders and pays for their own kit through a private, branded portal.
Orders route to production partners automatically, with tracking back to the customer.
The problem
Merchants who sell on more than one channel stitch together separate apps for their store, each marketplace and each fulfillment partner, and re-key the same data between them. For merchants selling customized, made-to-order products, it's worse: mock-ups emailed back and forth, a coach chasing every player for sizes and numbers, a spreadsheet re-typed into an order, and production files built by hand. It's slow, error-prone and hard to scale beyond what one person can manage.
What it does today
Paid orders go straight to production with no re-keying.
Merchants and their customers design directly on a rotating 3D model of the actual garment.
For printed and embroidered products from the decoration catalog.
A finished design is published as a real product in the merchant's store automatically, with its own images and size variants. No manual listing work. Existing store products can also be turned into editable designs.
For fully sublimated jerseys, the platform generates the manufacturer's print-ready layered files for every size and every player's name and number, validated end to end with the manufacturer's production automation.
The home screen shows sales and orders by channel, team-order progress, production partner activity, sync health and anything that needs attention.
Business sign-in through Microsoft accounts, sign-in history for every user, store and partner credentials encrypted at rest, and scheduled background syncing that keeps running whether or not anyone is logged in.
How a team order flows
The team's kit is designed in 3D, with AI help if wanted.
The design becomes a real store product with sizes and images.
Players get an email with their own access code.
Each player picks size, name and number and pays online.
The order goes to the right production partner automatically.
Tracking syncs back and the player is notified.
Multi-tenant & white-label
IPEX Connect is multi-tenant from the ground up. Merchants, team dealers, clubs, agencies and partner brands each run a fully separate business on it, under their own name. Each new merchant is configuration, not custom development.
Where we stand out
Existing tools each solve one piece. Customizing, selling and producing still need three separate products stitched together by hand.
